Halcyon runs inside your infrastructure. This policy covers the little that ever reaches us: your account details, billing, and the telemetry you choose to share.
What we collect
Your name, work email and company when you create an account. Billing details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. If you opt into product telemetry, we receive anonymous usage counts — never incident data, never logs, never credentials.
What we never collect
The agent, its memory and its audit log live on infrastructure you control. Metrics, traces, logs, deploy history and secrets are read inside your perimeter and are never transmitted to us.
How we use it
To operate your account, send product updates you can unsubscribe from in one click, and improve the product from aggregate usage. We do not sell data, and we share it only with processors under data-processing agreements.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to export or delete everything we hold about you: privacy@halcyon.example. We answer within 30 days.
