The short version: Halcyon investigates, you decide. These terms cover the service, your responsibilities, and ours.
The service
Halcyon is deployed to infrastructure you control and acts only with the credentials and scopes you grant it. Any change to production systems requires explicit human approval inside your approval flow. You are responsible for the scopes you grant.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and your contact details current. Seats are per named user; do not share logins. You may cancel at any time from the billing page — access runs to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Use Halcyon on systems you own or are authorised to operate. Do not use it to access systems without permission, evade security controls, or violate applicable law.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Because every production change requires your approval, responsibility for approved actions rests with the approver. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
